To Change Set Point on the 555 Powers Controller

*Note: Set point is desired average chlorine PPM.

1. Press “SET PT” Key.
2. Press up or down arrow keys until the desired set point is reached.

To Change Actuated Ball Valve parameters

1. Press “MANUAL” Key.
2. Press “MENU” and “FAST” keys at the same time. Press both together 5 times until the display OUTPUT appears.
3. Press “MENU” key. "MIN. OUT –XX%" will appear on the screen. This is the minimum percentage the Actuated Ball Valve will close. If the chlorine levels remain too high on the Analyzer for more than 15 minutes, this "MIN. OUT –XX%" number may need to be lowered in order to enable the Actuated Ball Valve to close further down. Normally, it is set at 40%. To raise or lower the "MIN OUT –XX%", simply press the up or down arrow keys.
4. Press “MENU” key. "MAX OUT –XX%" will appear on the screen. This is the maximum percentage that the Actuated Ball Valve will open. If the chlorine levels remain too low on the Analyzer for more than 15 minutes, this "MAX OUT - XX%" number may need to be increased. Normally this is set to 60%. To raise or lower the "MAX OUT –XX%", simply press the up or down arrow keys.
   
   To return to auto run, press “Display” and then press “Manual.” All red lights will be off on keypad and controller will begin functioning in automatic mode.
